HOUSTON CHAPTER ORGANIZES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT for TEACHERS

Réunion estivale de l’antenne AATF-Houston - 2020

Wednesday August 5, 2020, a little more than twenty teachers attended the Summer AATF-Houston Chapter Meeting. Most of the participants came from the Houston region, but there were also guests from other Texas chapters, including one person from El Paso!

Each participant was able to introduce him/herself and described his/her teaching situation during the pandemic. The officers presented a summary of the Chapter’s budget and activities, as well as the actions spearheaded by AATF National.

The group then delved into a wonderful atelier led by Lisa Shepard: Incorporating Authentic Resources across the Modes. Lisa was kind enough to share her wonderful resources and advice for more than an hour.

All participants agreed that they enjoyed their afternoon, learned a lot from Lisa and appreciated the French teacher community support!
